As our Engineering Manager, you won’t just run stand‑ups—you’ll architect, code, and scale systems while leading a high‑performing team in a fast-moving startup environment. You're onsite in our downtown Seattle office daily and working alongside our fantastic cross‑functional teams.

A bit about you:

• Track record of shipping complex technical products at startup speed.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LLMs, unstructured data processing, and AI architectures.
• Proven ability to build high‑trust, high‑performance teams.
• Passion for solving complex professional workflows in high‑stakes domains.
• Bachelor’s in CS or related field; 2+ years managing engineering teams.

• Lead and grow a team of 6–10 engineers building document intelligence, case valuation, and legal AI assistants.
• Ship fast—iterate and deliver impactful features that directly improve attorney outcomes.
• Translate complex legal workflows into scalable AI architectures.
• Stay hands‑on with LLM fine‑tuning, document processing pipelines, and multi‑model systems.
• Own product delivery end‑to‑end—from concept to production.

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $200,000 to $281,000 annually. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
