This role is on site five days a week in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and optimize the email channel to support product unit attainment goals.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of innovative automated email programs.
  • Build compelling email campaigns and execute traffic‑driving efforts to support the sales of our offerings.
  • Develop robust A/B and Multivariate Testing (MVT) programs to continuously optimize for sales and unit sell‑through.
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
  • Assist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) roadmap.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated design team for creative asset production.
  • Edit (XML, HTML) and publish content to our digital platforms via a Content Management System (CMS).
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on‑device/mobile, and/or display.
  • Proven ability to write customer‑facing copy that is on‑brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and the ability to edit basic HTML and XML
    .
  • 1+ years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data.
  • Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform both high‑level and granular analysis, including familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables
    , and other advanced functionalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating effectively to senior management.
  • BA/BS Degree Required.
  • Marketo Certified Expert is highly preferred.

  • Experience managing large‑scale email marketing programs.
  • Experience with A/B or multivariate testing beyond basic implementation.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting.
  • Relentlessly high standards and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines.
  • A confident, self‑motivated individual with a strong, demonstrable bias for action.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Global Campaigns.
