Dynamic Computing is looking for an IT Service Technician!
Dynamic Computing is a leading IT Service Provider to small companies located in the Puget Sound region and beyond. We provide Managed IT Services, IT Support & Consulting, and integrate cloud and mobile technologies for companies who have complex IT needs but are too small to warrant having a dedicated IT department.
Remote FirstDynamic Computing has adopted a remote first approach. This position will be primarily “remote” and may allow an employee to work from outside the Greater Seattle Area. Travel to Seattle or other locations for up to a week at a time may be required up to four times per year. Additional emergency travel may be required to any client location that falls within 90 miles of residence.
Eligible IT Service Technicians may also be required to participate in an “in‑office” rotation.

- Supporting Client IT Environments – Fix, train, troubleshoot, and help with all IT needs remotely and on‑site. A vehicle and necessary tools are provided.
- Customer/Client Service – Interact with diverse clients, ensuring a friendly attitude and clear communication.
- Client Environment Expertise – Learn and apply knowledge from our internal knowledge base and teammates to solve unfamiliar problems.
- Identifying Big Picture Issues – Resolve client requests while preventing recurring problems and addressing any additional issues within a reasonable time.
- Documentation – Create, edit, and improve the internal knowledge base daily.
- Continuing Education – Pursue certifications with company-paid resources and continuous learning.
- Capable – Focus on abilities rather than experience.
- Knowledgeable – Pass several competency tests (approximately three, but perceived as many).
- Honest – Provide transparent communication without sugar‑coating.
- Hard Working – Commit to growth, change, and pushing boundaries daily.
- Helpful – Contribute to a collaborative team culture with positivity.
- Educated – Minimum AA or technical degree in a computer or IT‑related field; bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s acceptable;
PhD not required.
- Money – Competetive base salary between $50‑65k, with eligibility for a bonus program that can add up to an additional 10% of salary each quarter.
- Time – 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule within business hours of 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Medical – 100% coverage of medical insurance and contribution to an HSA account.

- Retirement – Simple IRA with dollar‑for‑dollar match up to 3% of salary.
- Paid Holidays – 9 paid holidays, including MLK, President’s Day, choice of 4th of July or Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & following Friday, two days at Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
- Additional PTO – Approximately 16 paid personal days off per year.
- Transportation Subsidy – ORCA card or parking subsidy based on office presence.
