Expedia Group is seeking a Mid to Senior Tax Program Manager to join its Global Finance Technology organization. This role will lead end-to-end program management initiatives supporting tax compliance, tax technology, and cross‑functional finance transformation efforts.

$45.00/hr - $70.00/hr

• Lead the full program management lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure
• Manage multiple concurrent tax‑focused initiatives, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues
• Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Partner with Product and Technology teams to evaluate tax impacts of new business initiatives
• Collaborate with Tax, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to document system and reporting requirements
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and sign‑off
• Manage third‑party vendors, including solution adoption and delivery oversight
• Drive vendor contract lifecycle activities, including coordination with procurement and budget approvals

• 5–7 years of program management experience, preferably within tax‑related initiatives
• Strong understanding of tax compliance processes, reporting, and regulatory frameworks
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale system implementations or process transformations
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Share Point
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non‑tax audiences
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of programs

• Experience with tax technology platforms
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Background in technology, marketplace, or travel industries
• Experience supporting multi‑jurisdictional or international tax requirements
