- 8+ years’ experience building and leading rich web applications at scale.
- Deep mastery of JavaScript/Type Script and modern frameworks (React, Next, Vue).
- Portfolio of building robust, high‑performance SPA/SSR front ends and core web vitals.
- Strong background in team leadership, system design, and stakeholder influence.
- Bonus:
Experience with A/B experimentation, international exposure, or travel/e‑commerce products.
