Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Create and manage data models, reports, and dashboards using BI tools.
• Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of professional experience in the software industry.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Seattle, WA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
