As part of our continued success, Landau Associates is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Specialist. This role serves as the first point of contact for internal users experiencing technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of problems related to hardware, software, and network systems. This position will be based in our Seattle (Northgate) office.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Configure, maintain, and deploy end user devices (i.e. laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to internal systems
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and resources
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate IT personnel or departments
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, equipment provisioning, and participating in onboarding meetings with new hires
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction
- Support company-wide IT initiatives, projects, and process improvement as needed
- Physical Demands: able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Familiarity with Windows and mobile operating systems
- Experience with Office 365 and remote support tools
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, but not required)
- Understanding of Cloud Computing, including off-site data storage and backups
- Understanding of VPN and secure remote connection technologies (Cisco a plus)

Landau Associates offers an excellent compensation and benefits package in an environment that promotes personal growth and professional advancement. The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 — $35.00 per hour. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity. As part of our compensation program, we review and update our salary ranges at least annually.
