Consulting Member of Technical Staff – Oracle

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Security and Identity Product organization is building cloud services that enable customers—both internal teams and external users—to secure their data and applications in OCI. As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff, you will lead the strategy and execution to accelerate customer and partner adoption of security products, collect customer inputs to shape the next generation of cloud‑native security, and champion foundational security capabilities that combine cutting‑edge research with practical deployment in one of the world’s largest clouds.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and lead the rapid adoption of security products by collaborating directly with customers, account teams, and engineering.
  • Understand customer pain points and architecture, creating scripts, proof of concepts, and other technical deliverables to drive successful outcomes.
  • Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and guide the adoption of cutting‑edge solutions.
  • Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels, from engineers up to CxO, explaining transformational concepts and influencing technology strategy.
  • Drive lighthouse wins while developing scalable adoption programs and identifying repeatable solutions to solve customer challenges across the field organization.
  • Educate, train, and enable cloud solutions experts for a challenging set of customers and circumstances.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in software development, solutions engineering, or pre‑sales delivering enterprise‑grade software or cloud services.
  • Strong communication skills: executive presence, clear storytelling, whiteboarding, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and domain issues; detail‑oriented with a passion for quality.
  • Proven track record delivering live PoCs/pilots and using learnings to drive customer impact at scale.
  • Demonstrable experience in identity and access management, security, or network security.
