The Senior Solutions Consultant is a lead functional business partner of Sales Managers. The Senior Solutions Consultant supports Coupa’s business and revenue goals by providing high‑quality business and functional presentations and demonstrations. They also work across Coupa’s operations to drive the creation and maintenance of field‑related material to be used in the sales process, enabling technology as a differentiator for Coupa in the market.

• Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales process.
• Demonstrate how Coupa can meet and exceed the business needs of our prospects, with a clear focus on measurable value.
• Show strong technical understanding of our products, discussing and demonstrating architecture and integration.
• Conduct platform demonstrations, RFP assistance, IT workshops, training, presentations, and document creation.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing valuable sales insights to salespeople and prospects.
• Manage accounts, which may include traveling 25‑40% of your time.

• 5+ years of experience in systems applications selling, implementation, or solution consulting, ideally in Source‑to‑Pay, eProcurement, or Expense Management.
• Strong background with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications (e.g., Ariba, Ivalua, Concur, Net Suite, Oracle, SAP).
• Skilled in configuring/customizing applications, delivering software demonstrations, and leading discovery sessions to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality presentations and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated knowledge sharing, mentoring, and expertise in at least one area of spend management.

The estimated pay range for this role is $163,000 – $184,333 plus eligibility for commission. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
