The Azure Sales Leader will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and strategic alignment for Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace (M365) solutions for existing Enavate clients or prospects with a Microsoft Dynamics core. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of cloud technologies, strong business acumen, and proven experience in building and leading high‑performing sales teams. The role will also own lead generation, pipeline development, and collaboration across Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to accelerate sales and improve customer outcomes.

This role is available in multiple locations. Depending on your location, different work environments are supported:
Hybrid (3 days in office) in Tampa, FL and Fargo, ND, or Remote across the rest of the U.S.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Azure services and solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive go-to-market initiatives, including bundled offers and upsell/cross‑sell strategies for existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and profitability goals for the Azure business unit.
- Own and drive lead generation efforts, ensuring a healthy pipeline and proactive outreach.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of sales professionals with expertise in Azure and Modern Workplace.
- Lead ongoing training and upskilling for the sales team to address skills gaps and improve performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Focus on SMB customers as the primary market segment, while strategically managing enterprise relationships where appropriate.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage Azure and Modern Workplace to achieve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and other strategic partners to maximize joint opportunities.
- Drive co‑selling initiatives and joint marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Product teams to align offerings and accelerate sales cycles.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- 8+ years in technology sales leadership, with at least 5 years focused on cloud solutions (Azure preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in SMB and enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace services, pricing models, and competitive positioning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
