Responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. Perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend new solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. Provide escalation support for complex production environment problems related to growth, scaling, cloud leverage, high performance and high availability requirements.

Must be located in Seattle, WA or willing to relocate. 2nd shift position for PST starting 1–2pm.

• Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize all production server hardware and software.
• Provide escalated technical support for complex technical issues and lead problem management cases.
• Coordinate escalated support cases and lead appropriate internal technical resources and/or third‑party vendors to resolution.
• Coordinate a storage infrastructure of Oracle system and database appliances.
• Assist with server operating system and application upgrades, bug fixes, and patching; work on standardization projects for both hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack.
• Provide on‑call support on a rotating basis.

Master’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and experience in production system administration.

Range: USD $30.29–$60.63 per hour; $63,000–$126,100 per year; may be eligible for equity.
