As a Program Manager, Data Literacy, you will…- Design and lead enterprise‑wide data literacy programs, enabling partners to confidently use data and analytics in their daily work.
- Develop and deliver training programs and learning curricula focused on data governance, analytics tools, and best practices to improve data fluency across the organization.
- Create communication strategies and change management plans to drive adoption of data‑driven practices and foster a culture of curiosity and learning.
- Partner with business and technology teams to embed data literacy into onboarding and role‑based learning, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Measure program success through engagement metrics and feedback loops, continuously improving offerings to meet evolving business needs.
- Advocate for data governance and cataloging practices, helping partners understand the value of metadata, classification, and stewardship.
- Stakeholder engagement & influence, engaging with stakeholders and senior leaders to champion data literacy as a strategic priority.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within technology, data, or analytics environments.
- Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs for technical and business audiences.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Collibra, Azure).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive cultural change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PgMP) or Agile/Scrum.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and adult learning principles.
