The Growth and Marketing team is building the growth engine across the entire Rent Spree customer experience — fueling our next stage of scale. We’re data-driven, insight-obsessed, and committed to exceeding acquisition, adoption, and revenue goals while strengthening trust with agents and landlords. Our work blends experimentation, speed, and adaptability to accelerate Rent Spree’s mission of building trust in every rental.

As our Sr. Growth Marketing Manager , you’ll turn that mission into measurable results. You’ll design, run, and scale experiments across core growth channels — starting with ownership of email / newsletters, SMS campaigns, and new demand-gen programs . While you bring experience across multiple growth levers (SEO, paid, content, lifecycle, and more), you’ll focus first on mastering and scaling the highest-impact channels before expanding outward.

You’ll partner with our SVP of Growth & Marketing (your manager) and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and data to define growth priorities, run structured tests, and move key metrics like Agent Signups, Screening Adoption, Landlord Signups, and Product Adoption . You’ll also scale your own output through AI-driven workflows and automation — using agentic AI to personalize, test, and iterate faster.

This is a senior IC leadership role with clear management potential as the function grows.

Hybrid in Seattle, WA — three in-office collaboration days weekly plus occasional travel for offsites and events.

What You'll Do
  • Own and scale key growth channels , starting with email, SMS, newsletters, and new demand-gen initiatives; later expanding into AEO/SEO, paid, further content, and partnerships.
  • Design and execute structured experiments — craft hypotheses, launch, measure, and iterate to drive predictable growth.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs that convert and retain users through onboarding, feature education, reactivation, and upsell flows.
  • Leverage AI and agentic workflows to automate experimentation, audience insights, campaign production, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with design, product, data, and sales to uncover insights, align programs to business goals, and connect marketing to adoption outcomes.
  • Report on performance and share learnings through dashboards and regular retros — building a repeatable, data-driven playbook.

Skills You Bring
  • 8–12 years in growth or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS, marketplace, or B2B2C companies.
  • Proven success driving results across email, SMS, newsletters, and other demand-gen channels .
  • Experience experimenting across further growth levers — performance, SEO/AEO, content, CRM, or partnerships.
  • Hands‑on use of AI tools and agentic workflows to scale testing, personalization, and operations.
  • Deep knowledge of growth metrics (AARRR, LTV/CAC, funnel optimization) and comfort turning a wealth of data into clear action.
  • Skilled with marketing automation and analytics platforms (Hub Spot, Braze, Iterable, GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.).
