Job Description

Position:
Program Manager 3-Prod Dev at Oracle America, Inc.

Job Duties:

• Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross‑functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget.
• Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery.
• Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
• May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
• May telecommute.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Program Manager or Analyst related occupation, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to manage and steer complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, engineering, software and systems development life cycles.
• Data‑driven approach to solving problems and understanding the nature of the problem.
• Experience designing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences.
• Excellent communication skills to share findings/progress with cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Regression, A/B Testing, Power BI, Quicksight, Tableau, Power Pivot, Google Analytics, Excel, JIRA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, cross‑functional team leadership, strategic planning & execution, risk management.
• Stakeholder communication, OKR implementation, and ability to handle ambiguity.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

US:
Hiring Range: $147,533 – $158,999 per year. Eligible for bonus and/or equity.
