Job Description
Position:
Program Manager 3-Prod Dev at Oracle America, Inc.
Job Duties:
- Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross‑functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
- Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget.
- Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery.
- Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
- May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.
- May telecommute.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Program Manager or Analyst related occupation, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to manage and steer complex, cross‑functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, engineering, software and systems development life cycles.
- Data‑driven approach to solving problems and understanding the nature of the problem.
- Experience designing or managing engineering or product portfolio planning and tracking processes and cadences.
- Excellent communication skills to share findings/progress with cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Regression, A/B Testing, Power BI, Quicksight, Tableau, Power Pivot, Google Analytics, Excel, JIRA.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, cross‑functional team leadership, strategic planning & execution, risk management.
- Stakeholder communication, OKR implementation, and ability to handle ambiguity.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Compensation & BenefitsUS:
Hiring Range: $147,533 – $158,999 per year. Eligible for bonus and/or equity.
