The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing the infrastructure and tools that enable continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) of software applications. As a Dev Ops Developer you are required to design, implement, and manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support software development and deployment. This role involves collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and optimize performance in cloud and on-premises environments.

• Lead, design, implement, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), SAAS products (Databricks, Snowflake) and on-premises solutions
• Design & develop reusable IaC modules for deploying Kubernetes, Databricks, Snowflake and other related cloud services on AWS and Azure
• Build and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases
• Automate repetitive tasks, including provisioning, configuration, and monitoring, using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability and performance (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Integrate Dev Ops pipelines with tools like Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI or Jenkins
• Work closely with developers to integrate Dev Ops practices into the software development lifecycle and support containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ensure infrastructure and pipelines adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR, EAR, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues in production and non-production environments
• Automate, monitor and optimize cloud resource usage to balance performance and cost efficiency
• Integrate Dev Sec Ops  practices including secret management, vulnerability scanning and compliance check
• Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations to support team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Guide and mentor development team members and sharing knowledge to foster a Dev Ops culture

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in reliability, software development, Dev Ops or infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), deploying to cloud environments
• 5+ years of experience with Dev Ops software including Gitlab, Ansible, Terraform, Jira, Azure Dev Ops Pipelines, Git Hub, AWS Code Build, AWS Code Pipelines, AWS Code Guru
• 5+ years of experience with software programming/scripting (such as Python, Unix/Linux type batch scripting, FORTRAN, C / C++)
• 5+ years of experience with containerization and Kubernetes (e.g. Elastic Kubernetes Service, Azure Kubernetes Service)

• 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current industry certifications, such as AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
