We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Requirements Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams
, ensuring that projectrequirementsare accurately gathered, analyzed, and documented to drive successful product and system development. As a Software Requirements Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our projects and ensuring their alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and clients to elicit, analyze, and prioritize project requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to fully understand business and technical needs.

Documentation:

• Translate complex needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Develop detailedrequirementsdocumentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Work closely with developers, designers, project managers, and other team members to ensurerequirementsare clearly understood and feasible.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements Management:

• Track, manage, and document changes torequirementsas the project evolves.
• Ensure alignment between project goals andrequirementsto avoid scope creep.

Validation and Verification:

• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validate that the final product meets the agreed-uponrequirements.
• Participate in testing activities to confirm thatrequirementsare fulfilled.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience inrequirementsengineering, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Certification in business analysis orrequirementsengineering (e.g., CBAP, IREB).
• Knowledge of system modeling techniques, such as UML or BPMN.
