Inte Pros is seeking a strategic and technically proficient DAM Workflow & Integrations Manager to lead workflow optimization, AI‑driven innovation, and system integrations for a global digital asset management (DAM) platform. This role focuses on scaling and enhancing an Orange Logic DAM environment that supports cross‑channel marketing teams across North America, Europe, and additional international regions.
Location:
Seattle, WA. Salary: $126,000–$177,000.
- Analyze and enhance existing DAM workflows within Orange Logic, including ingestion, approvals, categorization, versioning, distribution, and archival.
- Partner with DAM stakeholders to support global rollout and locale expansion of the platform.
- Identify and implement technical improvements that increase efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Establish workflow and integration standards to support consistent global adoption.
- Discover, evaluate, and implement native AI capabilities within Orange Logic, such as automated metadata tagging, asset quality control, and content intelligence.
- Leverage AI features and agents to reduce manual effort, improve discoverability, and optimize DAM operations.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of AI implementations to drive continuous improvement.
- Design and configure integrations between Orange Logic and third‑party tools, including project management, social platforms, review and approval systems, and rights management tools.
- Build and manage API‑based integrations to enable seamless end‑to‑end workflows.
- Collaborate with external media, creative, and post‑production agencies to support efficient asset ingestion and distribution.
- Ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and maintain data integrity across systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for workflows, integrations, configurations, and AI implementations.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge resources to support adoption.
- Establish governance standards for approvals, permissions, and compliance, including rights and licensing management.
- Conduct regular workflow audits and recommend improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in DAM systems administration, workflow management, or marketing technology operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Orange Logic DAM, including workflow configuration and integrations.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex DAM workflows at scale.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot independently and drive projects end to end.
- Experience integrating DAM platforms with third‑party tools via APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Library Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience implementing AI‑powered DAM features such as automated metadata tagging or content intelligence.
- Exposure to additional DAM platforms (e.g., Bynder, Widen, Adobe AEM, Nuxeo).
- Technical proficiency with scripting or automation tools (Python, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Experience integrating DAM platforms with project management, social media, and review/approval tools.
- Knowledge of rights management workflows and licensing compliance.
- Experience supporting global marketing operations and scaling workflows across regions.
- Dam Workflow & Integration Expertise – Hands‑on experience designing and optimizing complex workflows in Orange Logic.
- Technical Integration & Architecture – Ability to build scalable API integrations and troubleshoot system connections.
- AI & Automation Mindset – Experience leveraging AI capabilities to improve efficiency, discoverability, and asset management at scale.
