ResponsibilitiesGlobal e-commerce is a content e-commerce business with international short‑video product as the carrier. It is committed to becoming the first choice for users to discover and purchase good products at affordable prices. The global e-commerce business team aims to provide users with a more tailored and efficient consumption experience, enabling merchants to receive reliable platform services in different scenarios such as live e‑commerce and short‑video content e‑commerce, so that high‑quality, affordable products sell easily and a better life is within reach.
Tech PMO is one of the core teams of the global e-commerce tech teams. We are responsible for bridging cross‑functional teams and driving the strategic programs delivered efficiently and effectively. We also own tech team's tools, processes and efficiency measurement. Our goal is to use project management as a core competence, to improve organizational synergy, delivery efficiency and thereby boost business growth.
- Prepare the project schedule and define the milestones;
- Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers;
- Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master;
- Ensure product/app release to market smoothly.
- BA/BS degree or above with 5+ years of project delivery or process optimization experience.
- Understanding of project frameworks with a data‑driven mindset.
- Self‑motivated, with a proven track record of getting things done, and ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to succeed in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about the Internet industry and willing to grow with the company while learning through emerging global issues and challenges.
- Technical background will be a plus.
- Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and understanding of Agile will be a plus.
