• Accelerate OCI’s success by developing tools that deliver measurable results and directly impact day-to-day operations.

• Support development, configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting for critical internal applications
• Reduce backlog, improving turnaround time on key requests.
• Deliver quick automation wins by providing mindful insights into where to focus development efforts.
• Centralize technical intake and support across the team to reduce fragmented processes.
• Build integrations across tools, systems, and data sources. (e.g., APIs, automation flows)
• Develop reusable development components that accelerate future delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally to support broader business operations efficiency and initiatives.
• Identify technical development opportunities to simplify, automate, and consolidation.
• Serve as the team’s central technical lead supporting multiple work streams.
• Create scalable solutions that reduces reliance on multiple specialists.
• Lead ongoing system enhancements, optimizations, and additional automation efforts.
• Provide technical expertise for future tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations.

• 5-7 Years of development experience in one or more general purpose languages. (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integration, and workflow automation.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-design mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technical environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, communications, and organization skills.

• Experience with APEX a plus.
• Experience in data workflows, system administration, or process automation.
• Background supporting business operations, analytics, or enterprise systems.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
