As a Senior Partner Solution Architect within the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP), you will own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for the ECRT (Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, and Transportation) domain. You will work with partners to build innovative technology solutions, support customers during deployment, and deliver technical leadership that shapes and drives partner and customer success.
Key responsibilities
:
- Be the industry thought leader, sharing insights on technical trends, growth areas, and AWS‑focused partner capabilities.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with a diverse cohort of industry focused partners, including G/SIs, G/ISVs, and CXO‑level connections with customers and partners.
- Build new partner solutions and solve partner/customer problems as they arise.
- Conduct deep hands‑on workshops and live presentations to technically enable partners.
- Be a GenAI thought leader for your industry, integrating GenAI into innovative solutions.
Basic qualifications
:
- 8+ years of experience in a specific technology domain (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred qualifications
:
- 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Experience architecting or operating solutions built on AWS.

Compensation for this position ranges from $138,200/year in the lowest market to $239,000/year in the highest market. The base pay is based on market location and other factors; equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may also be provided.
