Location:

Industry focus includes Consulting - Tech Consulting - Fin Tech - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). This role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions within EPM, forecasting, planning, budgeting, and integration with analytical and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; minimum of three years’ consulting experience.

• Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, One Stream, Tagetik).

• Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Backgrounds may include:
Management reporting, Long Range planning, Strategic planning, Capital planning, Implementation consultant.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent oral and written communication.

• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%.

Ideal/Preferred

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT preferred.

• Strong ability to build and manage relationships; effective communication; trust-building with clients.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges: $112,300 to $185,400; NYC Metro/WA/CA adjustments apply. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options.
