Information Technology - Head of Cloud & Infrastructure

. As the Head of Cloud & Infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating the teams in charge of cloud services, on-prem data centres, servers, storage, networking, end-user devices, and AI-driven infrastructure optimization, to ensure consistently robust, scalable, and secure services and support. You will work closely with the Chief Technology & Information Officer and other Technology leaders to design and execute on Aritzia’s technology roadmap.

** Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
** THE QUALIFICATIONS
** Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent executive-level experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud technologies
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in cloud infrastructure, data centre operations, and enterprise technology platforms, including AI-driven systems Demonstrated experience integrating AI and machine learning into infrastructure operations, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and anomaly detection Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, storage architecture, and end-user computing, with experience implementing AI-enhanced monitoring and self-healing systems Familiarity with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and ethical considerations in deploying intelligent systems across infrastructure Experience leading cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and AI adoption Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and data governance practices across cloud and on-prem environments

Ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps that incorporate AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and resilience Commitment to talent development, with experience mentoring high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology adoption
