Helping Out Scout’s customers hire Product, Engineering and Technology Talent.

We’re building a new, product- and community-led business in the data and developer tools space and are looking for a General Manager to own it end to end.

This is a highly autonomous, entrepreneurial role with full responsibility for strategy, execution, and results.

What You’ll Do

• Own business strategy, P&L, and success metrics

• Lead product direction with engineering and product partners

• Define and execute PLG and community-driven go-to-market

• Drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth

• Build ecosystem partnerships and external credibility

• Hire and lead a small, high-impact team

• Balance hands‑on execution with long‑term leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years in product, GTM, or general management leadership

• Proven experience scaling PLG businesses (developer tools, data platforms, or AI)

• Strong understanding of developer and data ecosystems

• Executive‑level communicator with a builder mindset

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; thrives as a coach/player
