Description
Amazon Advertising is looking for a high-caliber tested design leader to create innovative experiences that streamline enterprise workflows, internally and externally, globally and s role leads and grows a high‑performing team of UX professionals, working collaboratively with user research, engineering, and product management through all aspects of the product development life‑cycle. You’ll have the opportunity to build new advertising solutions for business customers from product definition through design and delivery, with direct insights from customers and impact on advertisers, agencies, and brand‑owners worldwide.
Key Job Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end design process, ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Translate business needs into customer‑focused enterprise solutions.
- Advocate for customers day‑to‑day, fostering a shared understanding of the customer‑centric intersection between design, content, business, and technology.
- Grow and mentor UX talent.
- Partner with UX research and product managers to assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features using usability findings, customer feedback, site metrics, etc.
- 6+ years of design experience.
- 3+ years of leading design teams.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience designing software for end users or enterprise customers.
- Experience working cross‑team and synthesizing feedback and input from product management, engineering, testing, and marketing.
- Experience with agile/scrum.

Compensationand Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $136,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,500/year in our highest geographic market, depending on market location and other factors. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign‑on payments, and other compensations may be provided as part of a total package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
