Key job responsibilities

• Strategic operational excellence planning and governance
• Support Operational metric definition, analysis, and bar-raising mechanisms
• Operational readiness assessments for scalable deployment
• Technical capabilities assessment
• Roadmap design and implementation
• Continuous improvement and automation ownership to reduce/accelerate workflows and reduce risk
• Optimize cloud infrastructure strategies that support business growth, sustainability goals, and global risk management.
• Collaborate with Program Management and key stakeholders to optimize supply chain operations using supply chain best practices and SOP’s
• Capability assessments across people, process, data, systems, and SC architecture

• 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience in designing, building, and/or operating cloud data solutions in a production environment.
• 6+ years of core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.

• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of end-to-end process improvement methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent Ops Ex certification.
• Familiarity with systems analysis and modeling tools.
• Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, generative AI, and statistics.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Python or another scripting language.

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
