About the Role

Blue Pill AI’s founder is looking for a
high-agency ex-founder or entrepreneurial operator
to partner and help
build, prioritize, and execute
across the next phase of our growth.

You’ll work directly with the founder to shape both
product and go-to-market strategy
— owning everything from
new product lines
and
customer acquisition
to
growth experiments
,
pricing
, and
commercial execution
.

simulating how they’ll react.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have
  founded or helped scale
  a startup, and love operating in ambiguity.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the founder to shape company roadmap and priorities.
• Launch new product initiatives and AI persona verticals.
• Lead GTM experiments: positioning, pricing, onboarding, and partnerships.
• Own growth — from pilot conversion to scalable revenue motion.
• Work cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and research to turn insights into product.
• Build the foundation for Blue Pill’s next‑stage leadership team.

Compensation

$120K – $160K base + meaningful equity + great benefits
