What's the opportunity?

As a member of the Adoption organization, you will analyze customer business requirements and translate them into Zenoti product features, configuring functionality, training users, and ensuring successful adoption. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to help them achieve their business goals through increased platform usage.

• Partner with customers in the adoption services team to lead implementations of feature add‑ons and enhancements.
• Understand business requirements, define scope, and plan improvements to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
• Independently manage customer adoption procedures while delivering excellent service.
• Lead demos, training, walkthroughs, and solution reviews using strong presentation skills.
• Drive proofs of concept and pilots for high‑priority customers.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
• Document processes and follow organizational procedures to guarantee successful implementation.
• Collaborate across groups to meet compliance and risk management needs.

• 10+ years of implementation and support experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong software background and ability to configure complex requirements into viable solutions.
• Business consulting experience or equivalent customer‑facing role.
• Fast learner of enterprise applications, with experience implementing cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical workshops, mapping requirements to product functionality.
• Strong verbal and written communication, especially for documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with remote teams across time zones.
• Proficient in demoing, training, and delivering presentations.
• Analytical, logical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Knowledge of accounting, inventory, and business process optimization is a plus.
• Experience in the wellness/spa industry is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn about revenue drivers in the health and wellness sector.
