Position Overview

Engineer (Contract) – Seattle, WA. Lead product planning and development for Service Now-based contact center solutions, ensuring collaboration across technical and business teams.

$49.00 – $64.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience, education, location and other factors).

• Manage product planning and development for Service Now-based contact center solutions through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Translate customer experience into technical requirements and define acceptance criteria for product features.
• Drive technical solutions for large, complex features and demonstrate expertise in end‑to‑end system architecture.
• Create data flows, functional/technical specifications, and ensure alignment with developers, engineers, and QA teams.
• Resolve technical issues, coordinate solutions across multiple teams, and validate features against business goals.
• Monitor feature performance, recommend optimizations, and stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance product solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in technical product management or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Service Now platform and contact center solutions.
• Strong ability to drive complex technical solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
