Position Summary

In this role the IT division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Analyst to join the team. In this key role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing commercial (CoTS/SaaS) solutions that support and enhance the way the County operates. You will work on large‑scale system implementation projects as well as serve as the administrator of highly configurable SaaS applications.

  • Serve as the project coordinator for major business analysis efforts functioning as liaison between business units and technology services. Consult and coordinate with departments to match user requirements with technology solutions.
  • Work with technologists, system designers, and programmers to research and determine technical solutions to enterprise applications and infrastructure; develop the plan, method, design and analysis for its execution; complete the configuration, integration and data migration; and perform the implementation of the application.
