Overview

TEKsystems’s client is seeking a strategic and technically proficient DAM Workflow Integrations Manager to lead workflow optimization, AI innovation and system integration efforts for the Orange Logic digital asset management (DAM) platform. The role is critical to scaling the DAM system globally and supporting teams across North America, Europe, and expanding international locales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize workflow integrations within Orange Logic, including asset ingestion, approval, categorization, version control, distribution and archival.
  • Partner with the Digital Asset Management team to support global launch and locale expansion, ensuring scalability across regions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows through technical solutions, integrations and AI automation in collaboration with DAM managers.
  • Establish technical standards and integration best practices for consistency across North America, Europe, and future global locales.
  • Discover, evaluate and implement native AI capabilities within Orange Logic (metadata tagging, asset quality control, content intelligence, AI agents).
  • Drive innovation by automating manual processes, improving asset discoverability and overall DAM efficiency.
  • Measure and report on AI implementation impact using data to drive further optimization.
  • Build and configure integrations with third‑party tools such as Smartsheet, Sprinklr, and rights management systems.
  • Design and implement API integrations and system connections that enable seamless workflows between Orange Logic and partner platforms.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides and training materials for workflows, integrations, and AI implementations.
  • Establish and maintain workflow governance standards, including approval processes, permission management and compliance measures.
Basic Qualifications
  • Hands‑on experience with the Orange Logic DAM platform and building workflows, configurations and system integrations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DAM administration, workflow management or marketing technology operations.
  • Experience with system integrations and API connections between DAM platforms and third‑party tools.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows for ingestion, approval, distribution and archival processes.
  • Strong technical aptitude, fast learning, independence and project ownership from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Data‑driven approach: using metrics to measure impact and to drive continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Library Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing AI‑powered features in DAM systems (metadata tagging, content intelligence, image recognition, workflow automation).
  • Hands‑on experience with additional DAM platforms (Bynder, Widen, Adobe AEM, Nuxeo).
  • Technical proficiency with API integration, scripting or automation tools (Python, JavaScript, REST APIs).
  • Experience with marketing technology integrations (project management platforms Smartsheet, Asana, Monday; social media management tools Sprinklr; content review/approval systems Frame.io, Ziflow).
  • Knowledge of rights management workflows for licensing, usage restrictions and compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies, media creatives, and post‑production on asset workflows and technical integrations.
  • Understanding of global marketing operations and experience scaling workflows across multiple regions and locales.
Job Type & Location

Contract position based in Seattle, WA (hybrid work environment).

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay range: $45.00 – $50.00/hr.
