IT Project Manager
Product Manager with skills Product Management (SDT), Product Management (SE) for location Seattle, Seattle, US
Act as the primary business representative for the DAM migration initiative.
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Brandfolder to AEM DAM migration.
Gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements related to assets, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, and permissions.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for migration, validation, and post-migration features.
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, and migration teams to clarify requirements and enable smooth delivery.
Validate migrated assets to ensure completeness, accuracy, metadata integrity, and usability in AEM.
Drive UAT planning and execution, including stakeholder sign-off for migration phases.
Manage change requests and re-prioritize the backlog based on business impact.
Ensure alignment with DAM governance, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to program and business stakeholders.
Support go-live readiness, training inputs, and post-migration stabilization.
Required Skills & Experience6+ years of overall experience with 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Product role.
Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts, asset life cycles, metadata, taxonomy, and governance.
Hands‑on experience working on AEM Assets projects.
Prior exposure to Brandfolder or similar DAM platforms is highly preferred.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs in Agile environments.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially with marketing and content teams.
Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
