Define and own the DAM architecture for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).

Design and execute the migration strategy from Brandfolder to AEM, including assets, metadata, tags, renditions, and permissions.

Perform asset and metadata analysis, mapping Brandfolder schemas to AEM DAM structures.

Define taxonomy, tagging, metadata standards, and governance for AEM DAM.

Work closely with business, marketing, and content teams to understand asset usage and requirements.

Guide development teams on AEM DAM best practices, customizations, and integrations.

Ensure data integrity, performance, scalability, and security during and after migration.

Define validation, reconciliation, and rollback strategies for migrated assets.

Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans for DAM migration activities.

Provide architectural guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.

8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as an Architect.

Strong hands‑on and architectural experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.

Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets).

Prior experience migrating assets from Brandfolder (or similar DAM tools) to AEM is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of metadata models, taxonomies, tagging, and asset life cycles.

Experience with bulk asset migration tools, APIs, and automation scripts.

Knowledge of AEM integrations, workflows, and asset processing.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
