Define and execute the change management strategy for the DAM migration program.
Assess change impacts across business units, roles, and processes affected by the transition from Brandfolder to AEM.
Develop and deliver change plans, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Partner with business, marketing, and DAM stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment.
Create and manage communication plans, including announcements, FAQs, and leadership messaging.
Work with training teams to develop role-based training materials and enablement plans.
Identify and manage change risks, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
Track and report on adoption metrics, user feedback, and change effectiveness.
Support UAT, go‑live, and post‑migration hypercare from a change and adoption perspective.
Serve as a trusted advisor to program leadership on organizational readiness and adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management for large transformation programs.
Proven experience supporting technology or platform migrations, preferably DAM or content platforms.
Strong understanding of DAM concepts and user workflows for marketing and content teams.
Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise platforms.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
