The Boeing Company is seeking an Analytics Engineer to enhance the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) cyber test capability in Seattle, WA. The selected candidate will partner with multiple business functions, understand data needs, and deliver high‑impact dashboards and metrics. This role dominates end‑to‑end data workflows, from gathering requirements with stakeholders to designing robust data transformation pipelines and creating actionable BI dashboards.

• Collaborate with business partners to gather data requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical data solutions
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform raw data into clean, reliable datasets for reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate metrics, trends, and status updates using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Build and optimize data models and semantic layers that power self‑service analytics and dashboard exploration
• Monitor and improve data quality, resolve pipeline errors, and enforce governance and documentation standards
• Support ongoing improvement of data processes and automation to reduce manual tasks and accelerate insights
• Provide technical guidance to data analysts and support cross‑functional teams in interpreting and utilizing dashboard results

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or a non‑US equivalent qualification directly related to the work statement
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence roles building data pipelines and dashboards
• Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write optimised queries for large datasets and transform data for reporting
• Experience with ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation, including common tools or orchestration frameworks
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reports with one or more BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver actionable data products

• Level 4: 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift)
• Familiarity with data transformation and semantic modelling tools (e.g., dbt)
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation
• Knowledge of data governance, quality frameworks, and monitoring solutions
• Prior experience in agile development processes and working with version control
