Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
  • Knowledge or interest in building accessibility best practices with experience incorporating accessibility into product development methodologies.

We achieve this by specializing in model tuning, context engineering, and architecture to deliver a positive web‑optimized AI experience.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead a clear product idea and roadmap for how Chrome uses context to power AI features.
  • Drive modeling and quality for scenarios that involve page and context understanding, from suggestions to resolving user ambiguity.
  • Develop product requirements by synthesizing user feedback, log analysis, and AI model performance metrics.
  • Lead and influence cross‑functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Research, UX, Legal, etc.) to design, implement, and launch innovative features.
  • Own the creation of specialized datasets to evaluate the quality and safety of contextual features.
