As a Senior Systems Analyst for Supply Chain Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in implementing a new Inbound Transportation Management System. You will be a Subject Matter Expert with mastery of supply chain execution processes and concepts including global freight management, distribution logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing. You understand the integration of Supply Chain to ensure alignment and synchronization across Supply Chain areas.

You will leverage your expertise in Supply Chain Solution functions and support the Transportation, Distribution, Planning, and Sourcing teams with technology and improvements which remove friction from their processes. You will work with the Integrations and Enterprise architects and other SMEs to ensure all required data is mapped and integrated according to Brooks Integration guidelines and best practices – including product, purchase orders, and inventory to optimize inventory movement across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Transportation, Sourcing, Distribution, Sales, Runner Experience, and Information Technology teams to ensure systems are leveraged for execution. You will support the Supply Chain team in conducting scenario analysis and what-if simulations using the system capabilities to assess the impact of various supply chain disruptions, demand fluctuations, and market changes. You will provide decision support to business and IT leadership and key stakeholders by presenting insights, recommendations, and alternative scenarios derived from these simulations and analyses.

• System Configuration and Maintenance –
  • Configure and maintain the system (currently Infor Nexus) system to support various modules and processes.
  • Configure data models, workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet specific business requirements and user needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system by implementing data validation checks and error handling mechanisms.
• Data Management and Integration –
  • Manage data integration processes between the and other enterprise applications, such as ERP as well as external market signals (3PL’s, carriers, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between the system and external data sources to support real-time planning and decision-making.
• Data Analysis –
  • Analyze datasets using statistical methods and data analysis techniques to perform regression analysis, hypothesis testing, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable insights, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Process Optimization and Improvement –
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Supply Chain.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose enhancements to streamline activities, improve efficiency, and improve inventory turn.
  • Implement best practices and industry standards for a Global Transportation Management System.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration –
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Transportation, Distribution, Supply Chain Excellence, Sales, Runner Experience and IT, to gather requirements, define system configurations, and ensure alignment of processes with organizational goals.
