You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You use your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients’ most complex business problems. You’re comfortable leading projects and teams or working in the details of work streams and configuring Oracle solutions. Our practice covers both the functional & process side of Oracle and the technical development & architecture.

You have strong communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

• Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• Work with client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.
• Provide expertise and guidance, translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks across Workforce Structures, Page Personalization, Security, Approval Workflows, Validation Rules, etc.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Core HR Processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design based on Oracle functionality.
• Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Core HR
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience

Bonus Points If:

• Have good Cross-Functional exposure to other HCM modules
• Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS
• You’ve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to deliver large scale implementation projects

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation as required by local law. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed Final date to receive applications.
