About Rapid AlphaRapid Alpha helps mid‑size companies (50–500 employees) break through growth ceilings by aligning Vision, Focus, and Results (VFR) into a repeatable innovation and execution system.
We built EVOS
, an AI‑enabled platform that allows companies to:
- Analyze markets, competitors, and customer behavior
- Structure innovation portfolios
- Run repeatable, auditable AI workflows using trusted data and curated prompts
EVOS is not a chatbot. It is a business execution system designed to turn insight into action.
We are now building the workflow and prompt layer that makes this possible at scale.
Why This Role MattersMost “prompt engineering” today is:

This role exists to professionalize prompts into workflows
.
Prompt Design & Engineering

- Market and competitor analysis
- Innovation opportunity discovery
- Behavioral trend analysis
- Portfolio prioritization and diagnostics
- Write prompts that:
- Accept structured and unstructured inputs (URLs, documents, datasets)
- Produce consistent, interpretable outputs
- Can be reused by non‑technical users
Workflow Architecture
- Combine prompts into end‑to‑end workflows that:
- Mirror how consultants and strategists actually work
- Support repeatability and traceability
- Can be saved, rerun, and refined inside EVOS
- Define inputs, intermediate steps, and outputs clearly enough that:
- Results can be compared over time
- Teams can collaborate using the same logic
Platform Integration
- Adapt prompts for use across:
- EVOS
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity and similar research tools
- Ensure workflows are:
- Platform‑appropriate
- Documented
- Easy to onboard users into
Collaboration & Translation

- Technical Writers to ensure conceptual alignment
- Strategists to capture domain logic
- Developers to ensure workflows are implementable
- Convert verbal or conceptual guidance into precise prompt instructions
Quality, Testing, and Iteration
- Test prompts across multiple inputs and edge cases
- Identify failure modes and refine logic
- Maintain a prompt library with versioning and documentation
Core Capabilities
- Strong understanding of how LLMs reason and fail
- Ability to write prompts that are:
- Structured
- Deterministic where needed
- Flexible where required
- Comfort designing systems, not one‑off outputs
Experience
- 3–5+ years in one or more of:
- Prompt engineering
- Technical analysis
- Strategy, consulting, or research roles
- Data analysis or product operations
- Experience with Perplexity & ChatGPT
- Demonstrated experience turning vague goals into executable logic
Thinking Style

Communication
- Clear written English
- Ability to explain how a prompt works and why
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously in a remote team
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with business strategy, innovation management, or consulting
- Familiarity with datasets, scraping, or document analysis
- Exposure to prompt marketplaces or workflow platforms
- Background in product management or operations
- Fully remote role (India‑based)
- Competitive compensation aligned to experience
- Opportunity to build durable AI assets, not throwaway prompts
- Direct impact on a growing AI platform and marketplace
- Close collaboration with founders, strategists, and engineers
- Clear path to expanded responsibility as EVOS scales
