• Gather and document solution requirements, including user story creation and backlog grooming results in an agile environment.
• Support application configuration (i.e., create attributes, workflows, and UI changes) in support of solution delivery initiatives.
• Focus on system support, working trouble tickets and escalating to teammates according to priority and required expertise queue, completing resolution within SLA.
• Effectively interact with business partners, responding quickly and thoroughly to issues and requests.
• Provide constructive input and perspective to team conversations.

• Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to support successful outcomes in projects and activities.
• Basic understanding of systems development concepts.
• Ability to use knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to support the design and deployment of global technology solutions.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

$90,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
