DESCRIPTION:
Prime Video Marketing is transforming how we create marketing assets globally through AI and automation. We seek a Program Manager to establish new operating models that enable scalable AI deployment across our marketing workflows. You will serve as the connection point between Marketing Operations teams and Technology partners, building the processes and infrastructure needed for successful cross-functional collaboration. This role requires you to reset expectations, consolidate information flows, and create sustainable frameworks that accelerate our transformation from traditional workflows to AI-first operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead alignment meetings with Technology Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and Marketing stakeholders to establish clear role definitions and support models
- Facilitate discovery sessions across marketing work streams to identify patterns, gaps, and automation opportunities
- Maintain a centralized repository for business requirements, decisions, prioritization, and end-to-end documentation from requirement to released feature
- Partner with Technology teams to translate marketing needs into technical requirements and communicate technical constraints to marketing stakeholders
- Create go-to-market plans and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of AI automation solutions
- Present AI and automation roadmaps to Marketing leadership, gathering input on strategic priorities and building organizational support
A day in the life
You start your morning reviewing the latest feature requests in the centralized repository, identifying which need clarification before the afternoon sync with PV Tech. Mid-morning, you facilitate a discovery session with a marketing team exploring automation opportunities for their campaign workflows. After lunch, you meet with Technology partners to discuss technical feasibility for upcoming features, then translate those insights into clear updates for marketing stakeholders.
You spend the afternoon updating process documentation and preparing adoption metrics for next week's leadership review. Before end of day, you connect with a marketing team struggling with a new AI tool, providing coaching to accelerate their adoption.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 2+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps influencing internal and external stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
