Product Manager, Retail Foundations

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Retail Foundations (RFS) Product Team. RFS powers the critical systems enabling  to source millions of products from vendors worldwide, ultimately delighting our customers.

• Drive innovative solutions that enhance our vendor management and procurement systems
• Lead strategic initiatives that directly impact operational metrics and P&L performance
• Partner with vendor management, supply chain leadership, technology teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Apply product management principles to optimize the vendor experience
• Transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence and drive consensus across multiple teams
• Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution skills

• Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross‑functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
• Bachelor's degree

• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
