UAT Test Lead

SV Tech Systems is a leading provider of recruitment and staffing services for various industries. We provide staffing services to firms across the United States and Canada, attracting top talent and fostering sound work ethics and values.

User Acceptance Test lead will work as a subject matter expert in testing and validating that Business requirements have been implemented as required prior to project go-live.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating User acceptance testing events to test and verify that solutions and tools meet the requirements set out by Business stakeholders.
• Working closely with Business subject matter experts, IT teams, and the Program management team to deliver high-quality UAT testing events.
• Demonstrating strong disciplined work ethic, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in leading and driving teams to deliver test-oriented projects successfully.

Specific duties:

• Establish, own, and drive UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
• Plan, specify, execute, and report on UAT testing, including defect management and test status reporting.
• Participate in data mining and review forum activities to understand requirements, business processes, and solution designs.
• Create and manage a UAT plan for each UAT event, identifying and managing risks, issues, and action items.
• Source and manage resources to deliver high-quality UAT events.
• Lead and manage quality-focused UAT test execution events, participating in post-launch Business verification testing activities as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in UAT Testing.
• Ability to identify and manage risks associated with UAT tests.
