Key Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Impact:
Own end-to-end vendor relationships, analyzing performance metrics to unlock growth opportunities and optimize profitability across your portfolio. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Supply Chain, Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to execute integrated strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Lead with Data:
Transform complex datasets into actionable insights that influence vendor negotiations. - Innovate Relentlessly:
Challenge the status quo by identifying process improvements, implementing scalable solutions, and pioneering new approaches to vendor management. - Solve Complex Problems:
Navigate ambiguous situations with minimal guidance, making high-judgment decisions that balance vendor relationships with business objectives.
- 3+ years of experience with Excel
- 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
