Position: Service Management Lead with Security Clearance
Inte Pros Federal is seeking a Service Management Lead (SML) to support work we are bidding with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in Seattle, WA. This key personnel role will serve as the primary liaison to the Government, ensuring effective delivery of IT support services across the task order. The SML will oversee ITIL‑aligned service management processes, drive continual service improvement, and coordinate with technical leaders, contractors, and EPA stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution Clearance:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, information systems, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience

Required Skills:

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT Support Service Programs of similar scope and complexity
Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large AO
Demonstrated experience working closely with IT managers, Business Process Partners, and end users to establish processes and service level objectives
Demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership
Demonstrated familiarity with Federal IT security requirements
Knowledgeable about best practices and maintains current knowledge of evolving standards Required Skills/

Certifications:

ITIL v3 and/or ITIL 4 Program management certification from PMI or equivalent (PMP, CAPM, or similar) Desired

Skills:

Certified TBM Executive (CTBME) optional but preferred
