Senior Product Manager – Ad Tech Experience Team Introduction to the Team

The Product Team creates high‑quality end‑to‑end experiences for travelers, partners, and Expedia Group. Our focus on customer‑centric innovation enables us to develop products that build loyalty and repeat business. We partner closely with teams across Expedia Group to drive growth and achieve results for our customers and the company.

Expedia Group Advertising delivers industry‑leading digital advertising experiences that enrich the travel journey. Our Product Management team is the cornerstone of this success—crafting a compelling product vision, driving scale, and ensuring the evolution of a diverse portfolio of media products. Within this portfolio, you’ll join the Advertiser Experience team, focused on building next‑generation AI‑driven tools that empower advertisers and accelerate business growth.

This Role You Will
  • Own the end‑to‑end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the EG Ads Portal, defining how advertisers interact with insights, guidance, campaign controls, and optimization tools.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that connects advertiser outcomes, platform KPIs, and business goals to clear delivery milestones.
  • Lead development of ML‑ and AI‑driven coaching and insights capabilities, powering opportunity recommendations, visibility boosters, and automated campaign guidance.
  • Define and evolve the core feature set of the next‑generation AI‑powered Ads Portal, including budget insights, campaign recommendations, performance explanations, and workflow automation.
  • Develop scalable automation strategies that streamline advertiser workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to deliver a seamless, insight‑driven, and highly engaging portal experience.
  • Drive continuous improvements in advertiser experience through data analysis, experimentation, and feature optimization.
  • Support go‑to‑market and adoption strategies for new portal features, ensuring high adoption and positive advertiser outcome.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in advertising technology, SaaS platforms, or data‑driven products.
  • Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex, multi‑feature platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with advertising platforms, campaign optimization, or performance marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with automation strategies and workflow optimization in digital advertising.
  • Background in data science or technical fields enabling collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
  • Track record of delivering intuitive, insight‑driven user experiences for B2B customers.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
