Product Analyst
! You will play a key role in integrating advanced analytics with state-of-the-art AI tools, helping product teams move faster and smarter. This role sits at the intersection of AI, analytics, and strategy while supporting product development.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams located in Thailand and the US, helping transform AI-augmented insights into meaningful product outcomes.

This role is based in Seattle with 2 days per week in-office.

• Lead analytics for a product domain, influencing product direction, roadmap decisions, and user experience through data.
• Define company-level and product-level key metrics and assist on target setting for product team
• Shape and conduct A/B experimentation by partnering with product and engineering to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and drive fast learning.
• Define and evangelize best practices for metrics, causal inference, and decision-making.
• Apply ML to improve exploration, storytelling, and strategic decision support.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and help evolve Rent Spree’s analytics capabilities.
• Leverage AI automation, and assistive tools into analytics workflows to amplify scale, quality, and speed.

• 6+ years of experience in product or data analytics, including domain ownership and cross-functional influence.
• Expert-level SQL and/or Python, hands-on with modern data stacks and AI/ML tooling.
• Proven experience applying AI tools (copilots, LLMs, prompt engineering) to real-world analytics workflows.
• Strong product intuition, you connect data to user needs, business context, and product outcomes.
• Deep experimentation knowledge, you design to uncover cause and effect, move fast, and drive measurable impact.
• Adaptability and autonomy, you thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
