Sr. Manager PMT-ES

AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention is seeking a Sr. Manager PMT-ES to lead a team of product managers focused on transforming how customers adopt and transact with AWS. This role drives strategic initiatives that expand AWS's global reach and accessibility by increasing geographic payment coverage, diversifying payment methods, and reducing friction across customer touchpoints. The position requires balancing growth-oriented product innovation with operational excellence, overseeing initiatives that span from streamlining enterprise onboarding and payment experiences to pioneering next-generation capabilities like embedded checkout and AI-powered payment solutions.

The leader will guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact through improved customer conversion, enhanced payment success rates, and optimized cash flow management, while building the foundation for future autonomous payment capabilities that meet customers wherever they are in their cloud journey.

Basic qualifications include:

• 5+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in people management
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Preferred qualifications include:

• 8+ years of successful technology products work from ideation through launch experience
• Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment
• Experience shaping business strategy for technical products or services for large enterprises or partners
• Experience with cloud native technologies
