- 10+ years of experience in Service Now development and administration, including hands‐on experience with various modules such as ITSM
, ITOM
, ITBM
, and CMDB
. - Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role, with a track record of successfully leading Service Now projects and teams.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions and integrations.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture, development, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script, etc.).
- Proficiency in integrating Service Now with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant Service Now certifications preferred.
- Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
