** Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager
** who will be responsible for managing the execution of digital marketing services as well as the ongoing relationships with our clients on a day-to-day basis.## Duties
* Fully manage the digital marketing efforts for clients to ensure optimal success for all marketing campaigns.
* Manage all client communications via phone, email, and text on a proactive basis (same-day responses to clients).
* Detailed documentation and follow-through for client requests and support needs.
* Oversee the internal fulfillment team for ongoing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns.
* Project management to delegate and facilitate marketing campaign efforts and coordinate efforts across multiple team members.
* Monthly meetings with clients to review reporting and performance of digital marketing efforts, as well as plan out the next steps for helping them hit their goals.
* Provide an exceptionally positive working relationship with all clients using great customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.## Key Skills

* Email marketing
** Project management tools:
*** Great documentation skills
* Familiarity with tools like Click Up, Teamwork Projects, Asana, , etc.
* Slack
* * Google Suite:
*** Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar
** Basic experience with CRM tools:
*** e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho, Keap, High Level, etc.
** Basic copywriting skills:
*** Can write basic marketing copy
* Understanding the role of keywords for SEO
* Basic editing for proper grammar and punctuation
* AI writing tools (ChatGPT)
** Basic graphic design:
*** Simple image editing / cropping
* Creating basic graphics for ads in tools like Canva
* Simple video editing (cropping, resizing, etc.)
** Google Analytics / Tag Manager:
*** Understanding how to pull basic performance metrics from analytics
* Can properly read and interpret marketing reports
* Explaining reporting details to clients in an easy-to-understand manner## Other Requirements
