Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Customer Management  Level Manager Job  Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Pricefx Development Lead you will guide delivery of software and product innovation work within our Technology Delivery practice, bringing together implementation, integration, and project execution for client solutions. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop team members, manage client accounts and work streams, and apply business insight, technology fluency, and sound judgment to complex delivery efforts.

In this role at PwC, you will oversee Pricefx development activities, support planning and completion of assigned work, validate quality and timelines, and help teams navigate changing priorities while maintaining focus on client needs.

Responsibilities
- Leading Pricefx development work streams from planning through deployment, validating scope, timelines, and deliverables across client engagements
- Managing technical teams through coaching, performance feedback, and assignment of work based on individual strengths and project needs
- Designing and configuring Pricefx solutions to support pricing, promotions, and revenue management processes
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and implementation plans for software delivery
- Coordinating system integration, data flow, and testing activities across upstream and downstream technology components
- Reviewing technical deliverables for accuracy, maintainability, and alignment with client requirements and delivery plans
- Guiding issue resolution across development, testing, and deployment phases while escalating risks and blockers when needed
- Promoting use of project planning tools, software development life cycle methods, and release management practices across engagements

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following:
Pricefx Integration Engineer Certification, Project IE — Certified Integration Engineer, Pricefx Configuration Engineer Certification, and Project CE — Certified Configuration Engineer
- Leading SAFe-based Pricefx application delivery using Groovy, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and data modeling
- Overseeing ETL architecture and data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Confluent, and Spark Streaming
- Managing releases, deployments, and environments using Git, Git Lab CI/CD, XML, and JSON
- Leading Pricefx development teams across client delivery work streams
- Managing planning, budgeting, and execution for complex technology projects
- Mentoring junior staff through review, feedback, and coaching
- Applying system analysis to connect business needs with technical design
- Utilizing project management, software testing, and release planning skills
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders through change and ambiguity

Travel Requirements Up to 80%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
